So after deciding that you want to follow through with this eBay business deal, you need to decide what it is you want to sell and this is why i made this section on What To Sell On Ebay To Make Money.

When choosing an area of the business world to focus on it is important that you limit yourself. If you like sports, I suggest sticking to only sports, and forgetting about other options. It is much harder to get something done when you have a million options. After narrowing it down to sports, choose something small like Tennis, or Golf. There’s huge markets for these two sports.
The point is, if you do not limit what you are looking for, you may spend months trying to make up your mind.
Building a Business Around Your Interests or Hobbies
Sell something you are pationate about. Imagine being in love with golf, and being able to be the first one to know when a new club is released, and being able to get it at a cheaper price than anyone else. It’s a lovely thing.  it is also a heck of a lot easier! I personally go after topics that spark my interest, and at the end of the day it almost feels like I didn’t even work at all. The checks still come in thogh.

Market Research
A little trick I use before deciding to sell something is using the Completed Listing option in ebay. Seach a specific item, and under advanced search check the “Completed Listings” option and you can see how much these items sell for and how often they sell. This is seriously worth it’s weight in gold.

Also there is a cool thing called eBay Pulse, located at http://pulse.ebay.com (or uk, au etc, there is one for different regions.)

Use these tools when deciding. They have a pretty small learning curve so just mess around with them a bit.
